Field Marketing Executive

Job Position : Field Marketing Executive Location: Lucknow (Faizabad Raod) Industry: Tiles & Bathroom Fittings (Premium Brands) About the Role : We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who can represent our company in the market with confidence and professionalism. The role involves meeting house owners, architects, builders, plumbers, contractors, and interior designers to generate business for tiles and bathroom fittings from reputed brands such as Johnson, Kajaria, Jaquar Bath Fittings , and other allied products. This is a field-intensive role. The person must be proactive, disciplined, and relationship-driven. Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites, new house projects, and renovation sites daily Identify and approach house owners and decision-makers Develop strong connections with architects, builders, contractors, plumbers, and interior designers Create continuous visibility of our brand in the local market Generate qualified leads for tiles and bathroom fittings Collect complete project details (stage of construction, area, budget, timeline) Update leads daily in CRM or reporting system Coordinate with showroom sales team for follow-up and closure Build long-term relationships with influencers and referral partners Conduct regular follow-ups with ongoing projects
