Implement SOPs and conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits. Manage manpower planning, duty allocation, shifts, and attendance. Coordinate and monitor pest control activities with external vendors. Ensure timely treatments, compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with Facility Managers, Hostel Wardens, and F&B Manager for cleanliness. Monitor housekeeping inventory and control material usage and costs. Resolve complaints promptly; escalate critical issues to ACD Facilities. Train and supervise staff; ensure adherence to procedures and safety practices. Maintain records and submit periodic reports to ACD Facilities.
