Design, develop & implement Pega Decisioning solutions aligned with business needs Collaborate cross?functionally to gather & analyze requirements Apply Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) expertise to enhance decisioning capabilities Conduct code reviews & mentor junior developers Ensure adherence to Pega methodologies & best practices Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment/maintenance Troubleshoot & resolve issues in existing Pega applications
