# Job Opening: Interior Site Supervisor **Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan **Openings:** 2 **Job Type:** Full-time, on-site **Experience:** Minimum 3 years **Salary:** As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and skill set ## About the Role We are looking for two experienced Interior Site Supervisors to manage day-to-day work at our apartment renovation sites. You will report to our in-house Project Manager and make sure every site runs smoothly, on time, and to a high finish standard. ## Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily site work, including civil changes, false ceiling, flooring, tiling, carpentry, modular furniture, painting, polishing, electrical, and plumbing. - Read and follow interior drawings, layouts, and specifications, and make sure work matches the approved design. - Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and labour teams, and plan daily and weekly work. - Check the quality of work and materials at every stage, and get defects corrected immediately. - Track material requirements, deliveries, and site stock, and raise requests on time. - Keep work on schedule and inform the Project Manager early about any delays or issues. - Take site measurements and verify contractor bills against actual work done. - Share daily progress updates with photos with the Project Manager. - Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and protection of the client's existing property. - Handle basic client interaction at site in a professional manner. - Manage snag lists and final finishing before handover. ## Requirements - **Education:** Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - **Experience:** At least 3 years as an interior site supervisor or in a similar role. - Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods. - Able to read drawings and take accurate measurements. - Strong coordination skills with labour and contractors. - Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and site reporting. - Good communication in Hindi; basic English preferred. - Own two-wheeler preferred, as the role may involve visiting more than one site. ## Preferred - Experience in high-end or luxury residential interiors. - Experience in apartment renovation (working in occupied buildings, society rules, noise and timing restrictions). - Eye for detail in finishing work such as veneer, laminate, stone, and paint. ## What We Offer - Attractive salary as per industry standards - Work on premium residential interior projects - Growth opportunity in a growing PMC firm
