Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales. Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers. Achieve assigned sales targets and earn incentives/commission based on performance. Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales. Requirements: Good Marathi communication skills are mandatory. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Candidates should have a smartphone and a stable internet connection. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home. Freshers can apply. Agriculture sales experience will be an added advantage.
