Loan ProcessingReceive and scrutinize loan applications.Check applicant eligibility as per society rules and loan policies.Ensure all required information is correctly filled in the application.Document VerificationVerify KYC, income, employment/business details, guarantor documents, collateral/security, and other required documents.Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and coordinate with the branch/customer for correction.Loan DocumentationKindly check loan Application form, agreements, security documents, mortgage-related documents, and other required paperwork.Ensure documentation is completed as per the prescribed process afterwards send to Loan Dept.Loan DisbursementCoordinate with the Loan Dept. for Loan a/c opening process. ( If required )Ensure all pre-disbursement conditions and required approvals are completed before disbursement.EMI & Recovery Follow-upIf Loan EMI / Interest is due Telephonic record data maintained.Follow up with borrowers/members regarding pending EMIs, late fees, and other outstanding dues.Customer/Member ServiceExplain loan products, interest rates, EMI schedules, tenure, charges, and applicable terms and conditions.
