Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call prospective candidates regarding current job openings and internship opportunities.

2. Explain the job profile, company details, basic eligibility requirements and interview process to candidates.

3. Conduct initial telephonic screening to understand candidates' qualifications, experience, current location, availability and interest in the role.

4. Shortlist suitable candidates based on the requirements shared by the HR team.

5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the concerned interviewers.

6. Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, documentation and joining status.

7. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

8. Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Internshala and other suitable recruitment channels.

9. Support the HR team in posting job openings and managing incoming applications.

10.
