Job Title: Business Development Executive / Field sales Location: Bhiwandi Experience: 1–3 years Working Days: 6 days/week Travel: Required Role Summary: Field sales role focused on acquiring and onboarding Booking Offices and driving initial business with them. Key Responsibilities: Acquire and onboard new Booking Offices Generate indents for vehicle placement Coordinate with Traffic team for initial truck placement Handover onboarded accounts to operations team Work closely with Demand & Traffic teams for leads and execution Key Metrics: BO KYC completion Indent generation Successful onboarding (first truck placement) Requirements: Sales experience (preferably logistics/transport) Strong communication & relationship-building skills Good influencing and coordination abilities Self-driven and adaptable
