Sales Operations Transformation Lead (VP)

What are we looking for

Strong background in Sales Operations, CRM data, Agentic AI and sales process optimizationProven experience in sales data analytics, and business intelligenceProven experience in leading and managing teams that deliver interactive dashboards, reporting automation and advanced data flows and modelingDeep understanding of all AI Tools like M365 Co-Pilot, ClaudeDeep understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for automation, data modeling and analyticsStrong command over Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI (or similar visualization platforms) and BI architecture for visual storytelling and dashboardingHands-on experience with SQL, data management, data flows, and data modeling practicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills; working with global, cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingExperience in driving transformation initiatives through automation and advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and systems integration .
