Job Description: Sales Person (Jewelery Showroom)- Jagatpura (Jaipur), Lalsot, and Chaksu                  Company: Jewellery Showroom Position Title: Sales Person Job Type: Full-Time Locations: Jagatpura (Jaipur), Lalsot, and Chaksu Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives Job Overview We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Person for our premium Jewellery Showroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail jewellery sales, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of gold purity and bridal collections. Key Roles & Responsibilities Customer Service & Engagement: Attend to walk-in customers and understand their specific preferences. Product Demonstration: Present, demonstrate, and sell gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery collections. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product details including purity, weight, making charges, and pricing structures. Sales Generation: Drive showroom sales, achieve daily/monthly revenue targets, and execute upselling strategies. Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business. Showroom Maintenance: Support daily showroom operations and ensure clean, visually appealing product displays.   Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in retail/counter sales ( Jewellery background is mandatory ). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with gold purity standards (Hallmark, carats) and making charges calculation. Key Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills. Attributes: Confident, well-groomed, professional, and customer-centric attitude.   Work Timings & Locations Jagatpura Location: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM Lalsot & Chaksu Locations: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM   Key Benefits Incentives: Attractive commission/incentive structure over the base salary.
