Packing Supervisor - Fresher

About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the filling and packing of agrochemical/fertilizer products in bottles and other packaging.

2. Operate and manage the filling machine and ensure accurate filling as per required quantity.

3. Manage and guide labour/workers involved in filling, packing, labeling, sealing, and loading activities.

4. Ensure proper packing quality, quantity, labeling, and batch details before dispatch.

5. Coordinate with the Production Team for timely availability of finished material for packing.

6. Coordinate with the Dispatch Team for loading and timely dispatch of finished goods.

7. Maintain daily records of production, filling, packing, wastage, and dispatch quantities.

8. Check availability of bottles, caps, labels, cartons, and other packing materials.

9. Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the packing area.

10. Follow company safety, quality, and SOP requirements.

11. Handle day-to-day packing-related issues and coordinate with management for solutions.

12.
