Job Title: Legal Recruiter (US Staffing)

As a Legal recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and

placing qualified legal professionals in permanent roles. Youll play a critical role in

supporting our end-to-end recruitment processfrom understanding client needs to candidate

onboarding.

Education: Bachelors degree in law (LLB or equivalent)

Experience: 0-1 Years (FRESHERS from legal educational background can Apply)

Job Location: Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (ON SITE)

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for legal roles including paralegals, legal associates, compliance professionals, and contract attorneys.Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate presentations.Conduct interviews to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate updates.Provide excellent candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships.Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding support. .
