You will be:

Responsible for taking the Go-To-Market strategy and developing a comprehensive marketing plan to support the growth expectations

Work with the founders to monitor market trends and competitive activities and implement initiatives to drive wins over the competition

Speak with current and prospective customers to thoroughly understand pain points and personas.

Create nurture programs for specific audience segments in alignment with sales efforts.

Be hands-on with executing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility

Establish strong communications with the sales and customer success teams to improve conversion metrics across the funnel.

Ensure we are attributing and tracking the funnel correctly

Build team going forward to scale marketing

Experience

4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing for B2B, SaaS companies - MUST

Knowledge of how to market to B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (e.g., Content, white papers, case studies, webinars, landing pages and quick growth tactics) and across different channels (email, social, communities).

Experience with marketing tools and automation platforms
