We Are Hiring: HR Generalist ( Female )Job Location - Sec 63, NoidaWork experience - 2 yrs to 3 yrs (operations/onboarding)Notice Period - Immediate joiner to within 7 daysWe are looking for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven HR Generalist to manage onboarding formalities, employee documentation, HR records, and engagement initiatives in strict adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and timelines. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and execution of HR processes.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure timely and error-free completion of all new joiner formalities, including documentation verification and system onboarding• Conduct structured induction and orientation sessions in line with company policies and guidelines• Maintain, organize, and regularly update employee personal files (both physical and digital)• Ensure 100% accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRMS and internal records• Monitor and track completion of onboarding checklists and documentation compliance• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and employee support• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records• Execute employee engagement initiatives and activities as per approved calendars and budgets• Support internal communication related to HR policies, events, and announcements• Assist in periodic audits by ensuring all documentation and records are complete and compliantRequirements:• Strong knowledge of HR documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.• High attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines.• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
