E-Commerce Operations - Internship

About the internship:Role Overview:

The E-Commerce Operations Intern will support the day-to-day management of online sales channels and assist in ensuring smooth and efficient e-commerce operations. The role involves product listing, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace support, and maintaining accurate product and sales information across online platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across websites and online marketplaces.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Monitor and process customer orders from placement to dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory availability, order fulfillment, and stock updates.
• Track product inventory and identify low-stock or out-of-stock products.
• Assist in managing product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional updates.
• Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
• Maintain accurate product, order, inventory, and sales records.
• Support marketplace account management and resolve basic operational issues.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
