Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic HR Manager to lead all HR functions and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliances, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and ensure smooth employee integration.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure legal compliance.Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals and support managers with feedback and coaching.Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement growth programs.Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws, Formulation and implement HR policies.Employee Engagement: Responsible for driving employee engagement initiates to foster a positive work culture, enhance productivity and improve overall job satisfaction.Culture & DEI: Strengthen company culture and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Office Administration: Responsible for office Administration ensuring smooth day to day operations.Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 15 years in HR Management or senior roles (Min 5 Years as a Manager).Education: Degree or Diploma degree in HR or related field (Masters preferred).Skills: Computer Skills, Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and proficiency in HRMS tools.Desired Attributes:

Should be Stable in the Job and Position (Min 5 Years in one Organisation)
