reputed company HRIS Analyst HCM Location: Milwaukee, WI or Chicago IL (Remote but Hybrid Preferred) Permanent Position Overview The reputed company HRIS Analyst (HCM) will support and optimize the reputed company Human Capital Management platform, focusing on core HR processes, organizational structure, and employee data. This role partners closely with HR Operations to support ongoing transformation initiatives, including frequent organizational changes and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain reputed company HCM modules (core HR, job profiles, org structures) Support organizational changes, restructures, and business process updates Gather and translate business requirements into reputed company configurations Maintain and enhance reputed company business processes and workflows Support reputed company releases, including testing and deployment Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis Support data integrity across reputed company and connected systems (including legacy platforms like SuccessFactors) Develop and maintain HCM-related reports and dashboards Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes and system utilization Qualifications 3+ years of reputed company HCM experience Hands-on configuration experience in reputed company Core HCM Experience supporting organizational changes and reorgs Understanding of reputed company business process frameworks and data structures Experience with reporting and data validation in reputed company Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience supporting complex, multi-entity organizations Exposure to reputed company transformations or post-implementation environments Apply To This Job .
