Assistant Manager Plant HR German MNC

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance.

Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labour laws and handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.

Support talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and vendor coordination.

Drive HR process improvements, HR analytics, and employee engagement initiatives using HRIS tools.

Preferred Candidate

MBA/MSW with 8-10 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in an automotive components manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and experience managing a plant workforce of 600+ employees.

Hands-on experience with HRIS (SAP Success Factors/Workday), good communication skills, and fluency in Hindi and English. .
