Experienced: 4.0 7.0 LPA depending on relevant experience, previous CTC and interview performance

Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues

Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

Follow company processes, SLAs and support guidelines

Required Skills

Excellent written communication skills

Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge

Basic knowledge of Windows, internet, browsers and computer applications

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
