Oracle Cloud HCM - Presales

Skill :

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules Core HR, Talent Management, Advantages, Performance, Recruitment, T&L;, Workforce Management

Knowledge in Agentic or Gen AI

Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM

Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition

JD:

Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Talent Management, Advantages, T&L;, Workforce Management

Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV

Own Response to RFP, RFI

SME on HCM modules

Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently

Support GTM initiatives

Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team

Willing to Travel on short term essential

Good communication skills
