Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Ensure a positive customer experience at all touch points 2. Sales Responsibilities Promote and sell company products/services to customers Identify new business opportunities through leads and referrals Achieve assigned sales targets Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers 3. Customer Service Responsibilities Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes Ensure timely resolution of customer issues Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction 4. Operational & Administrative Support Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies Prepare reports on sales and customer service activities 5.
