This role involves hands-on scripting, execution, analysis, and performance engineering using industry-leading tools and monitoring platforms.As a candidate, you will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and application teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze system behavior under load, and help improve overall system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunnerPerform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across applicationsWork with multiple protocols including:HTTP/HTMLWeb ServicesAjax TruClientMQ ProtocolSAPJava-based applicationsAnalyze performance test results and provide actionable insights and recommendationsUse monitoring tools to identify system bottlenecks at application, database, and infrastructure levelsCollaborate with development and DevOps teams for performance tuning and optimizationSupport test debugging and performance engineering activitiesMust-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunnerExperience working with multiple performance testing protocolsHands-on exposure to at least one monitoring tool, such as:SplunkAppDynamicsDynatraceGrafanaSolid understanding of performance test analysis and reportingGood to Have (Desirable Skills)Basic knowledge of AWS / Kafka / MQAbility to write basic database queries (SQL)Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands\Understanding of performance engineering concepts in distributed systems
