About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Dual-Sided Onboarding: Recruit and onboard pet parents and qualified caregivers to build out both sides of the marketplace platform.

2. Customer Communication: Manage daily inquiries, match pet owners with appropriate services, and resolve support queries via WhatsApp and phone.

3. Social Media Creation: Produce Instagram content (Reels, stories, posts) and run engagement tactics tailored to pet lovers.

4. Local Partnership Building: Form strategic alliances with apartment associations, local pet businesses, and grassroots pet networks.

5. Growth Strategy Experimentation: Run localized marketing experiments, track lead conversion rates, and evaluate channel effectiveness.

6.
