Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and driven Sales & Marketing Interns to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial front-line part in expanding our service footprint across key districts in West Bengal. You will directly spearhead partner acquisition, drive user adoption, and execute grassroots marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard local collection partners, scrap aggregators, and commercial allies into the DAAKO network.

Service Area Expansions: Assist in mapping, launching, and scaling operations across designated zones in Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, Hooghly, Howrah, and Nadia.

User Onboarding: Drive B2C and community-level customer adoption by educating households and residential complexes on how to book pickups and manage scrap sustainably.

Marketing & Awareness Campaigns: Execute ground-level promotional activities, community outreach programs, and awareness drives to promote the Daako brand and values.

Feedback & Growth Analysis: Gather ground insights from users and partners to help the core team optimize operational workflows and service delivery.
