Sales and Promotion:Promote products to doctors and other KOLs within the assigned territory.Work closely with your reporting manager to achieve your sales targets.2. Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and doctors in the healthcare industry.Address doctors inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.3. Reporting:Report regularly on sales targets and achievements to the Divisional Business Manager (DBM) and provide updates on market insights and doctors feedback as requested.Work closely with DBMs and other senior leaders to learn effective sales strategies and tactics, seeking mentorship and guidance to enhance your sales performance.4. Training and Development:Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations.Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in derma segment or pharma healthcare-related industries.Skills:1.
