About the internship:As a Career Counsellor intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in sales support, counseling, coaching, business development, interpersonal skills, and sales strategy. You will work closely with our team to provide guidance and support to employees seeking career advancement opportunities within the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing individualized career counseling sessions to employees, helping them identify their strengths and career goals.

2. Developing and implementing personalized career development plans for employees to support their professional growth.

3. Coordinating and facilitating career development workshops and training sessions for employees.

4. Collaborating with the HR team to identify potential career advancement opportunities within the company.

5. Assisting employees in enhancing their interpersonal skills and communication abilities.

6. Supporting the sales team in developing effective sales strategies and tactics.

7. Engaging in business development activities to promote the career counseling services offered by us.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 16,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 3,000 - 6,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 450000 to 650000/year
