Sales and Marketing - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and manage leads for health, motor, life and other insurance products through online and offline channels.

2. Understand customer requirements, assist in preparing insurance quotations and coordinate with insurers for the best-fit options.

3. Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp and maintain regular, professional communication.

4. Assist in policy documentation, renewals, customer queries and post-sales service.

5. Maintain accurate customer and lead data in Excel/CRM and share regular updates on follow-ups and conversions.

6. Support content creation and posting for Kavaach's social media and LinkedIn pages, including Hinglish content for wider reach.

7. Assist with WhatsApp marketing campaigns and messaging to engage and nurture prospective customers.

8. Help onboard customers onto insurance.kavaach.in, Kavaach's self-serve insurance comparison platform.

9. Research insurance products, features, exclusions, competitor offerings and market trends to support the advisory team.

10.
