About the internship:We're looking for a recruitment intern to join our people success team at ADDA. Your job? Find the right people, use AI to screen faster, and make sure the data is on point.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source: Find great candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn & other platforms.

2. Use AI: Leverage AI tools to screen CVs, match profiles and speed up shortlisting.

3. Screen: Go through CVs and identify candidates who actually fit the requirements.

4. Manage data: Maintain clean, accurate candidate information in Excel/Google Sheets.

5. Research: Explore companies, talent pools and new ways to find the right candidates.

6. Move fast: Work on multiple roles and help build strong candidate pipelines.

Note: We prefer candidates based in Bangalore. However, even for candidates located in Bangalore, the position is remote and coming into the office is not required.

HR degree? Great. Fresher? Absolutely okay. What matters most is your curiosity, attention to detail and ability to learn fast.
