This role involves leading end-to-end solution design, client engagement, and delivery for large-scale projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional & technical solution design based on client requirementsDrive end-to-end project delivery and manage cross-functional teamsWork on Production Accounting implementations / consulting engagementsConduct Fit-Gap analysis, vendor evaluation, and system integrationEnsure alignment with refinery operations, blending & distribution processesTrain and mentor teams on Production Accounting tools & processesRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience in Refinery / Petrochemical Production Accounting or consultingStrong understanding of plant configurations, tank farm operations, blendingExpertise in tools like Aspen AORA, Belsim Vali, Sigmafine, Honeywell PAR, Error SolverExperience in data reconciliation, yield accounting, and reporting/visualizationProven track record in delivering complex Oil & Gas projects .
