You will work closely with the leadership and sales team to identify potential customers, initiate conversations with decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline.This is a high-ownership role where you will get exposure to B2B SaaS sales, Conversational AI, FinTech and enterprise sales.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential customers across NBFCs, banks, fintechs and lending companiesBuild and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through outbound channelsConduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channelsConnect with CXOs, business heads, collections heads, customer experience teams and other relevant decision-makersUnderstand prospect requirements and identify relevant use cases for Reconect.aiSchedule product demos and meetings for the sales teamFollow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnelMaintain accurate prospect and activity information in CRMWork closely with the sales and leadership team on account research, proposals and follow-upsTrack outreach metrics and continuously improve conversion ratesStay updated on Gen AI, Conversational AI, FinTech and lending industry trendsWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development or SaaS salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email prospectingAbility to speak confidently with senior stakeholdersStrong research and prospecting skillsHighly driven and comfortable working with targetsGood follow-up and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand technology products and explain their business valueExperience selling SaaS, FinTech, Gen AI or enterprise technology will be an advantageWhat You’ll GetOpportunity to work closely with the founding teamExposure to AI, SaaS and FinTechHands-on experience in enterprise sales and GTMHigh ownership and fast career growthOpportunity to work with leading lending and financial services companiesPerformance-driven compensation and incentivesIdeal CandidateYou should be someone who enjoys talking to people, opening new conversations and converting prospects into opportunities.
