Field Sales Officer

·        Generate leads through field activities, references, and site presence.·        Contact interested clients and understand their requirements.·        Arrange and accompany clients for Industrial land / MIDC plots / Industrial projects & Industrial warehouse, shed, Factory for Rent / Lease site visits.·        Explain project details such as location, layout, pricing, and approvals.·        Coordinate with office team for bookings and documentation.·        Regular follow-up with prospects till deal closure.·        Maintain daily lead and site visit reports.·        Assist in negotiations and closing deals.·        Power Point Presentation client as per their requirement.
