Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven MBA professional to lead the overall business operations of DentAlly. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between clinical, marketing, HR, business development, and administrative functions while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build systems and processes that support a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations across all clinic locations.

Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure seamless coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Build scalable systems and management processes to support organizational growth.

Marketing & Business Growth

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the DentAlly brand.

Lead digital marketing initiatives across Instagram, YouTube, Google, SEO, and other digital platforms.

Plan and oversee content marketing, social media campaigns, and brand communication.

Drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing initiatives.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, referral programs, and corporate collaborations.

Continuously explore new channels and growth opportunities to expand the brand's reach.

Human Resources & Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical functions.

Hire dentists, specialists, doctors, and key leadership positions.

Build employer branding initiatives.

Design onboarding and induction processes.

Develop employee engagement, retention, and performance management frameworks.

Implement HR policies and organizational development initiatives.

Employee Experience & Culture

Foster a high-performance, patient-first culture.

Design employee recognition and reward programs.

Improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

Drive learning, leadership development, and team-building initiatives.

Clinical Operations

Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth clinical operations across all branches.

Oversee patient journey and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, clinical protocols, and operational best practices.

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource planning for efficient clinic operations.

Support the implementation of new technologies and streamlined clinical workflows.

Work closely with the founders to execute strategic business initiatives.

Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

Analyse business performance and recommend improvements for sustainable growth.

Develop systems, workflows, and management processes that enhance organizational efficiency and scalability.

Support expansion planning and new business initiatives.

Administration & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across clinics.

Manage vendor relationships and facility operations.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
