Ltd. you will play a key rolein driving our companys sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicatedand seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 4 years in sales andmanagement.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the companyssales goals and objectives within the assigned area. Lead and manage a team of salesrepresentatives, providing guidance, coaching, andperformance feedback. Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and distributor networks toexpand market presence.On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clientsto ensure long-termloyalty and satisfaction. Monitor and sales data and market trendsto identify opportunitiesfor business growth andimprovement. Prepare and present regular salesreports and forecaststo senior management. Manage the budget for the area and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability. Ensure that the sales team complies with all company policies, standards, and procedures. Stay updated on industry developments and competitive activitiesto inform strategicdecision-making.Preferred candidate profile Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelorsdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-10 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimumof 2 years ina supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding salestargets and KPIs. New Dealers and Distributorson boarding. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implementeffective sales plans.
