The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management with a focus on growth strategies in the fintech and e-commerce sectors. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital solutions, particularly in internet and mobile banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance customer acquisition and activation across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product features that improve user experience and drive engagement.
• Utilize data analytics to track product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and cross-selling.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align product launches with promotional strategies, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
• Leverage tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and team collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development and positioning.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in growth product management, particularly in digital engagement and fintech.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing technologies (Martech).
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
