Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional to drive business across Bihar through project sales, specification selling, consultant engagement, contractor management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive project sales across Bihar.

Identify opportunities in construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects.

Build relationships with Builders, Developers, Contractors, Architects, Consultants, Applicators, and Project Owners.

Track projects and generate leads through regular market mapping.

Promote construction chemical products including waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, sealants, grouts, tile adhesives, and concrete repair solutions.

Drive product specifications, approvals, trials, and demonstrations with consultants and contractors.

Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and follow up for order conversion.

Maintain project pipelines, sales reports, and customer databases.

Coordinate with technical, logistics, and customer service teams.

Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

38 years of relevant experience in Project Sales, preferably Construction Chemicals / Building Materials.

Strong understanding of B2B project sales and specification selling.

Experience handling contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and construction projects.

Good knowledge of the Bihar/Patna market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.

Target-oriented with strong business development skills. .
