About the internship:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Member to join our growing team. The role involves handling both B2B and B2C telecalling, generating business opportunities, and converting enquiries into meetings and property visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to HR, Admin, Procurement, and Travel departments to introduce our corporate accommodation and serviced apartment solutions.

Schedule meetings for the Business Development team with potential corporate clients.

Handle inbound and outbound calls for Hostel and accommodation enquiries.

Explain property features, pricing, amenities, and availability to prospective customers.

Schedule property visits and follow up until booking confirmation.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 5,000 /month
