Factory Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality controlManage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance managementEnsure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulationsWork closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standardsMonitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce wasteDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costsManage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properlyCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
