Automotive Service Advisor

Job Profile: The Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily workshop operations, ensuring quality vehicle servicing and repairs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery as per company standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate work to mechanics and technicians. Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and repairs and on-time vehicle delivery. Inspect service quality and minimize repeat repairs. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Service Advisors, the Spare Parts Department, and other staff to ensure smooth workshop operations. Maintain job cards and records of completed jobs, pending work, and customer complaints. Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance. Ensure compliance with Hero MotoCorp service standards, company policies, and procedures. Maintain workshop cleanliness, proper equipment maintenance, and workplace safety. Prepare and submit daily and monthly performance reports to the Service Manager. Take necessary steps to achieve service department targets and improve operational efficiency. Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager or management related to the smooth functioning of the service department.
