We are looking for an Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office. Key Responsibilities:- Ticket Booking: Assist customers in booking air tickets through various platforms and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules and availability.- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Documentation: Manage and maintain necessary documentation related to ticket sales and customer interactions, adhering to company policies.- Coordination: Work closely with airlines and travel agencies to ensure smooth ticketing operations and facilitate any required changes or cancellations.- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on sales and customer feedback to management, contributing to the company's overall performance evaluation.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass and should ideally have up to 1 year of experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
