Senior AR Caller

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior AR Caller to join our team at Starworth Global Solutions. This role is crucial in managing accounts receivable processes, specifically in the hospital and physician billing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AR calling and will be responsible for ensuring timely collections and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients to follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve any billing issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account statuses.
• Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Work towards achieving monthly collection targets and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an AR Caller or in a similar role, with a focus on hospital or physician billing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications.
