BPO Executive

We are seeking a dedicated BPO Executive to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR region. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Meet performance metrics and targets set by the management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in the international voice process or BPO environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
