Software Development - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:We are looking for a curious, motivated software engineer who enjoys building things and learning new technologies. The company will provide the ideas, problems, and requirements. Your responsibility will be to take them from idea, development, testing, deployment to working demo. This is a startup role, so you will work beyond traditional software development when required.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convert company ideas and requirements into working software

2. Build prototypes, features, tools, automations, and integrations

3. Take ownership of tasks end-to-end, from development to deployment

4. Use Cursor and AI-assisted development tools heavily in the daily workflow

5. Learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies as required

6. Debug, test, deploy, and improve the solutions built

7. Create product demos, presentations, and documentation

8. Additional information:

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 10,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 400000/year1.
