Head Talent Acquisition || Bulk and Corporate hiring || gurugram

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage both Corporate and Bulk Hiring teams.

Develop and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy.

Drive lateral, corporate and bulk hiring as per business requirements.

Set hiring targets, SLAs and recruitment KPIs.

Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring.

Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, productivity, cost per hire and offer-to-joining ratio.

Build strong sourcing channels and talent pipelines.

Mentor and develop the recruitment team.

Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and hiring partners.

Preferred candidate profile

12-18 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Strong experience in both corporate/lateral hiring and bulk/volume hiring.

Proven experience managing multiple recruitment teams or large TA teams.

Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and functional heads.

Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing channels and hiring processes.

Experience in managing recruitment vendors/agencies will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

Should be comfortable working in a high-growth, target-driven environment. .
