Job Summary

MBA (HR) / Any Graduate with interest in HR. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter - Trainee to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR, especially in IT recruitment. The trainee will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams

Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Qualifications / Requirements

MBA (HR) / Any Graduate with interest in HR

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment

Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus

Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients
