About the job:Job Title E-commerce Executive Quick Commerce & MarketplaceWorking days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off)Location Ahmedabad HO

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Planning & CoordinationPlan and maintain optimum inventory levels across Mother Warehouse, 3PL facilities, and Marketplace FCs.Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs.Monitor ageing inventory, slow-moving stock, and notify the team for liquidation/discount planning.Forecast weekly & monthly inventory requirements based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.Ensure accuracy of inventory in Uniware/OMS vs Marketplace portals.

2. Marketplace Operations & CoordinationAct as the single point of contact for marketplace category/account managers.Coordinate issues related to:Order cancellationsOrder delaysReturns/RTO/Non-deliveryASN/GRN discrepanciesEnsure daily resolution of marketplace operational tickets.Track and manage weekly vendor returns (FBA/FBF etc.).

3. 3PL Partner ManagementCoordinate daily with 3PL partners for:Order processing timelinesDispatch accuracy & TATInventory reconciliationStock audits & cycle countsRaise operational issues and track resolution with the 3PL teams.Monitor SLAs especially dispatch cut-off adherence and delayed orders.

4. Listing Hygiene & Content MaintenanceRegularly check marketplace listings for:Missing imagesIncorrect titles/descriptionsWrong bullet pointsPricing errorsKeyword relevanceMonitor Buy Box % and pricing parity across channels.Coordinate with content/graphics team to improve listing quality.

5. Order Tracking & Issue ResolutionTrack daily orders and coordinate with warehouse team for smooth fulfilment.Resolve discrepancy cases such as:Delivered but not receivedWrong item receivedIncorrect listing fulfilmentMaintain tracker for errors and work with ops team to reduce repeat issues.

6. Reporting & Data AnalysisPrepare daily/weekly MIS reports:Inventory status reportSales & dispatch summaryMarketplace penalty trackerReturns & RTO analysisMaintain SKU-level stock ageing, fast/slow mover dashboards.Support promotions planning and event readiness (BBD, Prime Day, FK BBD).
