Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced candidates for Customer Support and Technical Support positions in an International Voice Process with a leading organization. Candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and providing technical assistance based on the assigned process.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Voice

* Handle inbound calls from international customers.* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.* Provide accurate information and effective solutions.* Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service.* Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.

Technical Support Voice

* Handle technical support calls from international customers.* Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.* Provide appropriate technical solutions and troubleshooting guidance.* Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.* Follow defined processes and quality standards.

Candidate Eligibility

* Qualification: PUC (+2) or any Degree.* Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.* Excellent English communication skills.* Versant Score: 6.* Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Work Details

* 5 days working.* 24/7 rotational shifts.* Rotational week off.* Work from Office.* Two-way cab facility.

Salary & Benefits

Customer Support Voice:

* CTC: Up to 28,000 per month.* Take-home: Up to 23,000 per month.

Technical Support Voice:

* CTC: Up to 34,000 per month.* Take-home: Up to 28,000 per month.

Additional Benefits:

* 4,000 Quarterly Bonus.* Two-way cab facility.
