Salary: Up to 20,000 Take-Home for the first 3 months + Incentives

From 4th Month: Up to 30,000 Take-Home based on 3-month performance

Job Description

We are hiring HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives with minimum 6 months of recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment

Experience in BPO Recruitment / IT Recruitment / US IT Recruitment / Sales Recruitment or related hiring

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills

Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment activities

Good follow-up and coordination skills

Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels

Screen candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Coordinate with clients/operations teams regarding requirements

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

Ensure timely joining and candidate engagement

Salary & Incentives

1st 3 Months: Up to 20,000 Take-Home + Incentives

From 4th Month: Up to 30,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Salary from the 4th month will depend on performance during the first 3 months.
