Outbound Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly in the international voice process, and will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

As an Outbound Sales Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that all team members are effectively engaging with potential clients in the USA and Canada through cold calling and lead generation strategies. You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed in their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of outbound sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conducting regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share best practices, and motivate team members.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
