Ecoyaan is a curated marketplace for sustainable and health-conscious living. We are on a mission to fight greenwashing and make eco-friendly choices accessible, fun, and honest. From bamboo toothbrushes to toxin-free kitchen essentials, we help people make better choices for themselves and the planet.

And we are moving fast. We have 3,000+ SKUs and 50 brands onboarded, we have grown 50% month on month, and we are up 10x in the last six months. Our social channels already reach 600K and are adding 100+ new followers a day. If you want to build something that actually matters and see your work reach real people every single day, you will fit right in.

What You'll Do

Run our social presence day to day. You will post daily across Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and others and keep every account alive and consistent.

Own influencer outreach end to end. Reach out, build relationships, close collaborations, and coordinate campaigns from first DM to final post.

Create the content. Write scroll-stopping captions, design static posts and carousels in Canva, and shoot and edit reels that people want to share.

Own video start to finish. You will conceptualize, direct, and edit our videos yourself, from the hook to the final cut.

Use AI to move faster. Lean on LLMs and digital tools to ideate, draft, research influencers, and scale your output well beyond what one person normally could.

Manage community. Reply to comments and DMs, spark conversation, and make our followers feel seen.

Track what works. Read the numbers, spot what is landing, and double down on it.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who loves talking to people. Confident, warm, and comfortable pitching a brand collab to an influencer over DM or a call.

A storyteller with a flair for creative writing. You can make sustainability feel fun, not preachy.

Strong hands-on video editing skills. You can take a raw clip and turn it into a sharp, scroll-stopping reel on your own.

Comfortable with LLMs and digital tools. You already use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools in your workflow, and you are excited to use them to work smarter and faster.

Solid on Canva and static design. You know how to make a post look good.

Genuinely tuned into internet culture. You know the trends, the sounds, the formats

Ready to get your hands dirty. This is a build-it role, not a manage-from-the-sidelines role.

Bonus: prior social media or influencer marketing experience, copywriting chops, or ecommerce marketing know-how.
