Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

About the internship:1. Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages about orders, menus, pricing and delivery

2. Confirm order details with customers before their event

3. Keep customers updated on order and delivery status

4. Solve complaints quickly, and escalate the ones you can't resolve with complete details

5. Work with our operations, kitchen and delivery teams to sort out customer issues

6. Record every customer interaction correctly in our system
